Course Overview:
Cyber security and the threat of a breach are growing concerns for any organization that handles sensitive client information. Not only do law firms need to address this issue for the firm itself, but they also need to stay current to help their clients in the event of a breach. This course is built around the premise of educating legal professionals on current threats and trends, how to comply with the new DFS regulations and other standards, and the legal notification obligations in the data breach process.
