Avalon Expands Commitment to Channel Partners

Sarah Faherty

Avalon is deepening its investment in channel partnerships to help legal service providers – including litigation support vendors, eDiscovery platforms, and law firm service divisions – access scalable, complementary litigation support solutions. Through these strategic relationships, organizations can diversify their offerings with services such as managed document review, digital forensics, and legal paper solutions, allowing them to better serve clients while maintaining focus on their core business.

As part of this commitment to providing white label support, we are pleased to announce Sarah Faherty’s appointment as Director of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships. In this role, she will work closely with partners to identify new opportunities for growth and deliver even greater value to their clients.

Designed to Help Partners Compete and Win

“Our channel partners play a critical role in helping legal teams solve increasingly complex challenges,” said Chuck Pindell, Managing Director at Avalon. “For decades, I’ve had the chance to work alongside legal service providers, law firms, and technology partners across the industry. The most successful partnerships are built on trust, expertise, and a shared commitment to client success. Avalon is investing in this program because we believe our partners deserve a resource that helps them grow, differentiate themselves, and deliver exceptional results.”

Avalon’s channel partner program is designed to provide organizations with:

  • A stronger competitive position in a fast-changing legal services market
  • Access to experienced managed document review teams
  • Digital forensics expertise and investigative support
  • Paper discovery and scanning solutions
  • Scalable litigation support resources that provide overflow capacity during periods of increased demand
  • Trusted SMEs with niche expertise who can augment and enhance partner offerings
  • Opportunities to expand service capabilities without additional operational overhead
  • Support from a responsive team that understands legal workflows, deadlines, and compliance expectations

The result is a more complete service model that enables partners to meet client needs with confidence, flexibility, and speed.

Congratulations to Sarah Faherty

In her new role, Sarah will serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, helping identify areas where Avalon can assist and ensuring our partners have the resources necessary to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients. She brings a strong understanding of the legal operations and litigation support landscape, making her uniquely positioned to help partners leverage Avalon’s capabilities as extensions of their own service offerings.

“I’m excited to step into this role and help grow Avalon’s channel partner community,” said Sarah. "The legal services market continues to evolve, and organizations are looking for trusted partners that can help them expand capabilities, increase efficiency, and better serve their clients. Avalon has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality services, and I look forward to creating meaningful partnerships that generate long-term success for everyone involved.”

Chuck added, “Sarah has consistently demonstrated a passion for building relationships and helping clients succeed. Her understanding of the industry, combined with her commitment to delivering exceptional service, makes her a natural fit for this role. I’m excited to work alongside her as we continue developing our partner network.”

Organizations interested in learning more about Avalon’s channel partner program are encouraged to contact Sarah and explore how a strategic partnership can help enhance service offerings, create new revenue streams, and deliver greater value to your clients.

But as data volumes continue to grow and legal matters become more complex, that approach is becoming increasingly difficult to sustain.
