Government Investigations
An Avalon client needed help responding to a government inquiry that involved a large volume of data. The client was motivated to comply with the pre-suit request in an attempt to dissuade the Department of Justice from filing a suit.

EOB Scanning
A regional healthcare facility had a centralized billing department that received thousands of explanations of benefit (EOBs) each week for their more than 20 locations. The EOBs were filed by date and batch number and stored in filing cabinets.
