This webinar CLE course has been approved by the New York State CLE Board, The Florida Bar, The State Bar of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Ohio. Credits will be awarded to attorneys in their respective states as outlined below.
In this course, we will discuss the ethical challenges surrounding case evaluation and planning, response to document requests, the review of potentially responsive materials, the use of technology assisted review, and social media interactions involving judges, witnesses and jurors.
This course is interactive and we encourage you to participate in our Ethics Race. A game board will be provided along with the course book.

Credit Distribution:
- Florida: This course has been approved for 2.0 General Credits, 2.0 Ethics Credits, and 2.0 Technology Credits. Course number will be emailed to you after completion of the course.
- New York: This course has been approved for 1.0 Skills Credit and 0.5 Ethics and Professionalism Credit. Certificates of Attendance will be emailed to you after the course has been completed.
- Ohio: This course is pending approval for 1.5 Attorney Conduct Credits. Your credits will be submitted to the Supreme Court of Ohio with your attorney number after the course has been completed.
- Georgia: This course is approved for 1.5 Regular CLE Hours and 1.5 Ethics Hours. Your credits will be submitted to the State Bar of Georgia with your Bar number after the course has been completed.
